In addition to his studies in Roman philology at the Catholic University of Leuven, Dirk Lavigne graduated from the same university in 1992 as a master’s in law. In 1993, he took the oath for the Dutch Bar Association at the Brussels Bar. In addition to his work as a lawyer in our office, he is also an editorial member of the Revue Générale des Assurances et des Responsabilités. Dirk handles dossiers in Dutch, French and English. He also speaks German and Spanish. His specializations are liability and insurance law, medical law, personal injury, cross-border litigation and product liability.
