Medical liability law

We represent the interests of physicians and healthcare providers as well as patients in disputes relating to the civil and/or criminal liability of physicians and healthcare providers, the procedures for the Fund for Medical Accidents, the procedures for the Council of the Order of Doctors and the budgeting of personal injury resulting from medical liabilities.

Construction law

We represent the interests of the various actors in the construction sector (builder, contractor, promoter, architect, study agency, subcontractor etc.) and the interests of individuals in all disputes relating to construction law, such as civil or criminal proceedings, with regard to neighbour nuisance (Art. 544 of the Dutch Civil Code), claims regarding contractual or non-contractual liability, ten-year liability and assistance in the context of technical expertise.

Traffic law

We represent your interests in disputes relating to traffic law violations or traffic accidents. We assist you in the compensation for personal injury, with criminal defence before the police courts and court of first instance, in the recovery/defence in the event of conviction for a traffic violation, in disputes before the civil chamber of the police courts as a result of a traffic accident, and for recovery proceedings from an insurer for civil liability related to motor vehicles.

Professional liability law

We represent your interests, in the capacity of plaintiff or defendant, in claims relating to contractual or non-contractual professional liabilities with respect to professional liabilities: in the case of liability of the public administration, notary, lawyer, bailiff, insurance broker, doctor, hospital etc.

Liability due to defective materials

We represent the interests of both professionals and individuals in claims relating to the liability of the custodian of a defective product or materials.

Insurance law

We represent the interests of insurers and other claimants within the various branches of insurance law, both before the usual courts and before arbitration bodies. This may relate to motor vehicle civil liability insurance, operational civil liability insurance, professional civil liability insurance, family civil liability insurance, fire insurance, industrial risks insurance, life insurance, occupational accidents insurance etc.

Occupational accident law

We represent the interests of both insurers and other claimants in specific disputes relating to occupational accidents or road accidents on the way to or from work.

Industrial risks and reinsurance

We assist both industrial insurers and reinsurers in the specific context of the coverage of industrial risks, both for the structuring and the interpretation of insurance policies and for the follow-up of claims.
